How does your pricing work?
Credit Packages — Buy credits to spend them on tasks like AI prompts, agent building, workflows, OCR, etc. after we built your automation.
Solution Packages — Choose a project-based monthly package with fixed deliverables and support.
What are credits used for?
Credits are used internally to measure the effort, tools, and complexity required to deliver your workflow. Examples:
AI usage (e.g., GPT prompts, Claude tasks)
Voice generation or transcription
OCR and document processing
API calls and logic layers
Do credits expire?
Credits don’t expire as long as you have an active account. You can use them anytime.
What if I need more than one automation?
You can either purchase more credits or upgrade to a solution package (Startup or Enterprise), which includes multiple workflows per month.

Is your AI assistant actually helpful?
Yes. Our AI assistant is trained to understand automation requests, suggest possible workflows, understands your business, analyses best practices and escalate to our human team for review and quoting. It saves time and removes the back-and-forth emails.
Delivery & Support
How long does it take to deliver an automation?
Most workflows are delivered in 2–7 business days, depending on scope and complexity.
What if I need changes after delivery?
You can request revisions or upgrades using your available credits or within your monthly plan. We’ll scope the changes and give you a clear timeline.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. All solution packages include support.
Security & Compliance
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We follow strict data handling practices and build workflows that comply with GDPR. For enterprise clients, we also support encrypted storage and optional on-premise delivery.
Will you store my data?
We do not store client data beyond what’s required to build your workflow. Any sensitive credentials are handled securely and deleted after use.

Do you support on-premise or private workflows?
Yes. For enterprise clients, we offer private delivery options, including on-premise deployments, air-gapped automations, and custom API configurations.

Billing & Payments
How do I pay?
All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We’ll send you a payment link inside the chat, and work starts immediately after confirmation.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are auto-generated after payment and emailed to your registered address.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our work, we don’t offer refunds once a workflow is delivered. However, we do provide support and fixes if anything isn’t working as expected.
